Virtual Community Bingo Card

Elgibility

  • Open to residents of North Carolina, aged 18 or older.
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

  • Staff and board members of the Greater Fayetteville Chamber are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate

  1. Download Your Bingo Card:

  2. Complete Tasks:

    • Each square on the card represents a local business or activity. Complete the task associated with each square.

    • Verify Business is a member of Greater Fayetteville Chamber (GFC Business)
  3. Share Your Experience:

    • Post a photo or video of you completing each task on your personal social media account (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter).

    • Use the hashtag #FAYBIZBINGO, #SHOPSMALL, #SHOPLOCAL tag the Qualifying Business, and tag @GreaterFayettevilleChamber in your post.

  4. Submit Your Card:

    • After completing the card, submit a screenshot of your completed Bingo card to marketing@faybiz.com by 19 May 2025.

Prizes

  • Grand Prize: To Be Announced

  • Runner-Up Prizes: Various gift cards and prizes donated by local businesses.

  • Special Prizes: All participants who complete a blackout card (every square marked) will be entered into a bonus raffle for exclusive prizes!
  • Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on 22 May 2025 at GFC Business After Hours.

  • Participants must complete the tasks as outlined on the Bingo card.

  • All entries must be submitted by the deadline to be eligible for prizes.

  • Each participant may submit only one Bingo card.

  • Entries will be verified for authenticity.

For the 5th year, Cumberland Community Foundation is hosting the GivingTuesday campaign to raise support for local nonprofits. From November 25 at 9 a.m. to December 4 at 5 p.m., donate to over 70 local nonprofits as they raise support for their important missions and have your gift AMPLIFIED through the $525,000 match!

    FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.– The Cumberland County Board of Elections wishes to make citizens aware of free voter registration seminars offered by the N.C. Board of Elections in July, August and September.

    Voter registration seminars will cover the following topics:

    • Legal qualifications for registering to vote.
    • Tips on completing a voter registration application and updating an existing registration.
    • Key considerations when conducting a voter registration drive.
    • Photo identification requirements for voting.

    The seminars will be held at the State Board of Elections office on the third floor of the Dobbs Building, 430 N. Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC 27603 on the following dates:

    • July 25 at 6 p.m.
    • July 31 at 6 p.m.
    • Aug. 14 at 6 p.m.
    • Sept. 12 at 6 p.m.
    • Sept. 25 at 6 p.m.

    The State Board of Elections will also conduct in-person seminars, upon request, anywhere in the state, or online. A full calendar of events can be viewed at ncsbe.gov/current-sbe-events. The State Board of Elections also provides free seminars about the voter ID requirement and accessibility in voting. Since April 2024, the State Board of Elections has held 29 photo ID requirement seminars and seven accessibility seminars.

    Groups interested in a seminar may make a request at ncsbe.gov/about-elections/seminar-requests. Requesters will be asked for their name, organization, contact information, the proposed date and time for their event and the type of seminar requested. Seminar requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis and will be scheduled according to staff availability.

    For more information about the Cumberland County Board of Elections, call 910-678-7733 or visit cumberlandcountync.gov/elections. Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Board of Elections is located in the E.
